To finish your application, attach a copy of your concession card then click Save and Finish. By clicking Save and Finish you are acknowledging that:

You have read and understood the KidSport Policy and Guidelines, KidSport Terms and Conditions and that the child is eligible to apply for KidSport.
You have attached a copy of a valid concession card.
You have used a valid email address to receive the KidSport voucher.
KidSport may contact you by phone or email about your application.
